  • Absolutely love this place. Just switched my GSD onto raw, and we visited the shop last Saturday. Stef was amazing and so helpful as she explained everything that we needed to start and the transition process. Took a box of stuff away that day. In the meantime I’ve been messaging constantly due to the website issues and just general questions and the response has been 100%. I have a delivery coming tomorrow. I know she is a very busy lady but her commitment to us, the customer, is second to non. Thanks very much.

  • I’ve ordered a couple of times now – great products and fantastic service. Friendly and helpful response when ordering/enquiring, the gentleman delivering is also very thoughtful and knowledgable. As a whole they’ve got a ‘can’t do enough for you’ attitude which is quite refreshing compared to other companies I’ve dealt with. I’ve only discovered this business in the last couple of months after being a raw feeder for 10 years, but honestly can’t praise them enough. I’ll certainly be a regular customer to keep my zoo happy. The delivery estimate window (which has so far always been met) is also super helpful as it allows me to continue with my day and plans, rather than other companies who can arrive any time from about 8am-7pm. Thanks again.

  • Love it. Hassle free if I am out the delivery driver pops it away in the shed freezer.
    I’ve tried lots of different suppliers that stefs pet pantry uses some that I’ve not used in the past and the dogs have loved the new meals. Fussy elderly great Dane and 2 boxers.
    Very happy puppies and bowls licked clean daily. Highly recommend!
